• Virgile Design is not responsible for delays due to client inaction.

5. Intellectual Property

• Clients own their website content upon full payment.
• Virgile Design retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

6. Support & Maintenance

• Website maintenance is available as a separate service.
• If clients choose to manage their website independently, Virgile Design is not responsible for future technical issues.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes should be resolved through direct communication first.

• Legal action will only be taken as a last resort.
