2. Services

Virgile Design offers website design, development, and maintenance services. All services are provided based on project agreements and client requirements.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and subject to change.
• A 50% deposit is required before starting any project.
• The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion before website handover.
• Additional features or requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

4. Revisions & Edits

• Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
• Design feedback must be provided within the agreed timeframe to avoid project delays.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a project is canceled before completion, the client may be charged for the work completed.

6. Website Ownership & Access

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to their website content and design.
• Virgile Design may use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes.

7. Liability & Warranty

• While we ensure high-quality work, we are not responsible for any business losses, technical issues, or third-party failures.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining website security and regular updates unless they enroll in our maintenance plan.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
